I'm not sure how to explain it, but I really like how the drawing style in the third one feels "connected", I guess, to the design of the boat and buildings. It feels like they come from the same culture or something similar. That one is my favorite but I like the mixture of blues and greens you used in the last one. However in the third one, the sky seems to sort of blend in with the water. I'm not sure if that is how you envisioned it but it kind of makes it look like there is no sky and the ocean is the background.
