My idea behind these designs was to create the contrast between the normal and abnormal. To see if I can take out various pieces of of a modern day room and try to blend it with something else entirely.
For this image I replaced the ceiling and windows with a magnified image of a bacterial virus. I thought it would give a unique take on how we perceive the room when these changes are made. As you can see the top ceiling is darker than the windows since it is indoors.
This one I took the same approach but I decided to create the effect that the room is in space with the sun gleaming thought the windows and transparent ceiling.
